1. Common instruments for machining
Including digital display milling machines, digital display molding grinders, digital display lathes, electric discharge machines, grinders, cylindrical grinders, internal cylindrical grinders, precision lathes, and other equipment, these equipment can be used for turning, milling, planing, grinding, and other processing of precision parts, with a processing accuracy of up to 2um.
2. Machining process
The production process of mechanical processing includes the transportation and preservation of raw materials, production preparation, rough embryo manufacturing, processing and heat treatment of parts
Product assembly and debugging. Through mechanical processing, the shape, size, and performance of raw materials can be changed to make them meet the requirements of the finished product. This process, also known as a process, is composed of one or several sequential processes.
3. Production type of mechanical processing
In machining, production types can generally be divided into three categories:
Single-piece production: It refers to the production of a certain part separately, with few repetitive production occurring.
Batch production: The production of identical parts in batches.
Mass production: When the manufacturing volume of a product is large, it is necessary to frequently repeat the production of a part.
During the process planning of parts, due to the different production types of parts, the processing methods, equipment, tools, blanks, and technical requirements used are different.
4. Precautions for machining
(1) To facilitate processing operations, minimize unnecessary bending and tiptoe movements.
(2) The positioning should be accurate and reliable to prevent vibration and error.
(3) The movement direction of the equipment operating parts and the movement direction of the operated parts should meet the specified requirements, and should be easily marked.
(4) Necessary interlocking mechanisms shall be provided to prevent uncoordinated actions during operation, which may lead to hazards.
(5) The structure and arrangement position of the handle, handwheel, and button shall meet the requirements. Generally, the start button should be installed in the casing, and equipped with a protective ring to prevent accidental actuation. The shaft should be equipped with an automatic release device to prevent injury to people by the handwheel and handle.
