1、 Disassembly of stainless steel bearing seat

1. Removal of sliding bearing seat and bearing shell

The arm of the sliding bearing seat is generally thin and prone to damage and strain. When disassembling, first remove the fixing screws and pins around the bearing pedestal. For bearing seats with locating flanges, pay attention to the removal direction after the stainless steel bearing seat cover is separated from the bearing seat. When disassembling the tiles, use a copper or wooden rod to support the steel back of the bearing pad end face, and pay attention to protecting the alloy layer. Sleeve type bearing shells should be extracted or pressed out using disassembly tools, and should not be violently knocked to avoid causing deformation and damage to the bearing shells.

2. Removal of rolling bearing seat

Before disassembling the rolling bearing seat, it is necessary to check and determine the disassembly direction, and pay attention to the presence of axial positioning devices. When disassembling the bearing block from the shaft, the stress point should be selected on the inner ring of the bearing block; Remove from hole

When disassembling, the force bearing point should be selected on the outer ring of the bearing seat, and the force should be uniform to prevent the bearing seat from tilting.

2、 Installation of stainless steel bearing seat

Installation of sleeve type sliding bearing seat

During installation, ensure that there is an appropriate clearance between the shaft and the bearing seat to facilitate the formation of a lubricating oil film. The bearing seat and the seat hole should have appropriate tightness to prevent the bearing seat from rotating with the shaft during operation. The specific requirements are as follows:

① Before pressing, check whether the dimensions of each part of the bearing seat meet the requirements and whether there are defects. Clean the dirt on the contact surface, apply lubricating oil, clean the oil passage, and align it with the oil passage hole on the body.

② According to the position of the stainless steel bearing block on the machine body and the size of the bearing block, select appropriate tools during installation.

③ After press fitting of the bearing seat, fixed screws or pins should be added for non interference fit parts, and the inner diameter should be checked to see if it meets the requirements. If deformation occurs, it must be repaired, generally using the methods of boring, reaming, and scraping.

Installation of split sliding bearing seat

① Split sliding bearing blocks are commonly referred to as bearing shells. Before installation, clean the oil passages, oil grooves, and mating surfaces, and check whether the oil holes on the bearing blocks and bearing shells are facing each other. Pay attention to removing the rust preventive wax from the bearing bush, and do not burn it with fire to avoid melting the metal due to excessive temperature. Instead, melt it in hot water or hot oil and clean it up.

② During the installation of the bearing bush, a wooden board should be placed on the end face of the bearing bush, and then a copper rod should be used to gently hit the bush into the bush seat. The outer surface of the bearing bush should be tightly bonded with the bearing seat and the bearing seat cover, otherwise the bearing bush is prone to change

"Or the alloy layer breaks or even falls off.". To ensure a tight fit of the bearing pads, the parting surface should be a little higher than the parting surface of the bearing pedestal (typically 0.05 to 0. mm).

③ The bearing bush is installed into the machine body without axial or radial movement, and is generally fixed with positioning pins, male key stops, or steps. The assembly contact surface of the bearing bush is required to be between 70% and 75%.

Installation of rolling bearing seat

① Before installation, it is necessary to clean the raceway and oil passage of the shaft hole of the stainless steel bearing seat, and apply lubricating oil to the bearing seat that needs lubrication.

② During installation, dirt should not fall into the bearing race to avoid damaging the rolling body and surface.

③ Check whether the fit interference of the inner and outer rings of the bearing seat meets the standards as required.

④ When installing and using special tools, pressure should be applied to the seat ring with a tight mating surface, and the applied force should be uniform to prevent the bearing seat from tilting.

⑤ When installing stainless steel bearing pedestals with large interference, it is not allowed to hit them violently. Instead, press or heating methods should be used for assembly.

⑥ After installing the bearing pedestal, check whether its end face is tightly attached to the bearing surface of the shaft or abutment shoulder, whether it rotates flexibly, and whether there is any jamming.
