  According to the different structural forms of stamped bearing seats, they are divided into the following types:

2) When the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is smaller than the small value of the required size, and the selection of knurling cannot improve the quality requirements;

3) When the shaft sleeve undergoes ablation or holds the shaft.

2、 Split bearing

1) When the rotary bearing alloy is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;

2) When the bearing alloy layer peels off and cracks seriously, with an area of more than 1/3;

3) The bearing alloy layer is severely ablated;

4) When the contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120o, it is no longer possible to adjust the contact angle by scraping the surface of the shoe opening with a shovel or when the side clearance is too large to adjust.

3、 Thin-walled tile

1) The bearing alloy layer is fused;

2) When the bearing alloy layer is severely worn, causing bites, and cannot be tightened using the pad method;

3) When the bearing alloy layer is shelled or cracked;

4) When the wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe, but the extended maintenance period cannot be guaranteed;

5) When the bearing alloy layer is worn, it is necessary to tighten the bearing by using the pad method, but the pad thickness is higher than 0.5mm.

4、 Thrust bearing

1) When the thrust pad is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;

2) When the thrust pad is fused;

3) Thrust pad peeling and cracking.
