Compare to Bronze
1. The strength, hardness, and allowable pressure are appropriate for aluminum bronze, widely exceeding tin, lead, and the allowable speed is near. It can fully meet the application conditions of independent antifriction and wear-resistant parts such as bearing pads.
2. Due to its strong affinity for lubricating oil and better self-lubrication, as well as its metallurgical properties (low melting point, difficult to metallurgically combine with steel shafts), it has strong adhesion resistance and outstanding friction and wear resistance characteristics in application.
3. Low conflict coefficient, low wear, and therefore longer service life. Under equal application conditions, it is generally more than times the size of copper tiles, thereby reducing the acquisition cost of accessories.
4. High thermal conductivity (ZZnAl27Cu2Mgλ=25; ZCuAl0Fe3λ=59), fast heat dissipation, slow and low surface temperature rise, and better protection against pairing conflicts.
