Changzhou machining refers to the process of changing the overall dimensions or performance of a workpiece through a mechanical device. According to the differences in processing methods, it can be divided into cutting and pressure processing.

Process specification design for Changzhou mechanical processing:

Design Basis: The reference used to determine the position of other points, lines, and surfaces on a part drawing, called a design basis.

Process benchmark: The benchmark used in the processing and assembly process of a part, known as the process benchmark. According to different purposes, process benchmarks can be divided into assembly benchmarks, measurement benchmarks, and positioning benchmarks.

(1) Assembly reference: The reference used to determine the position of a part in a component or product during assembly, called the assembly reference.

(2) Measurement benchmark: The benchmark used to inspect the size and position of the machined surface, called the measurement benchmark.

(3) Positioning reference: The reference used for workpiece positioning during machining, called the positioning reference. The surface (or line, point) that serves as a positioning reference can only be selected as an unprocessed blank surface in each process. This positioning surface is called a rough reference. In subsequent processes, the processed surface can be used as a positioning reference, and this positioning surface is called a precision reference.
